Customers may return within 14 days of receiving the product. The product must be in perfect condition with the packaging and not yet in use. Product labels must not fall out of the product or be damaged and it must be in original condition as well as the packaging, including the order number. After the company receive the products, we will then check the goods to proceed to the next step.
The company returns in the following cases.
1. The product is defective.
2. The item received does not match the order. Some of the lost goods product not found.
3. If the returned product is in poor condition under the condition of return, the company reserves the right to return the product.
4. In case of a return of goods, the company reserves the right to cancel the delivery. And the company will refund the customer for the term of the return.

1. Credit Card Payment or debit card.
- If the company has received the goods back, we will take action to return the money to the cardholder within 7-14 business days, and then will be subject to the conditions of the bank.
